In the early stages I got my start studying Construction Management at Northern Arizona University (NAU). After completion of my education, I then spent years running large scale projects for a national commercial builder – the type of work that teaches creating complex multi-phase schedules, stewarding multi-million-dollar budgets, implementing large scale construction, and meeting urgent deadlines.

Further in my career I then decided to move into residential construction and oversaw 50+ ground-up, semi-custom homes for a developer in Northern Arizona. This taught me how to improve raw land, foster strong client-builder relationships, develop systematic management processes for simultaneous homesite builds, and the importance of delivering exceptional quality-built homes to clients.

Congruently I paired my general contracting background and earned my AZ sales agent license in real estate. This better allows me to serve my clients and educate and convey the entire process wholistically. Leading them to tangibly envision vacant pieces of land in their natural state before a shovel hits the ground. There is a face value to a lot, but I look at the access, utility locations, density, slope, construction means and methods, and flood plains of the land to make sure it will be a long-lasting fit for you.

I found my passion in working directly with clients, helping them pick what best suits their needs and lifestyle from lot acquisition to interior finish selections, to immediate location of school districts, retail, healthcare, and even friends and family. This ultimately led to the inception of EARNESTBUILT ushering my vision to advise, implement, and deliver forever homes.
