Ernie Roselle built my home at The Ridge at Canyon del Rio in Flagstaff. He did a great job. I say that as someone who walked the site several times a week for six months while the house went up, and who has lived in it for a year and a half since.
The choices behind the house were not the cheap ones. Ten-foot ceilings on the main level. Fiber cement and real stone on the exterior, which stand up to freeze-thaw and fire far better than the usual siding. Pavers at the driveway and patio instead of poured concrete. Copper and PEX in the walls. A Navien tankless water heater rather than a builder-grade tank.
The insulation matters most. The spray foam is applied to the underside of the roof rather than the attic floor, which puts the attic and all the ductwork inside the sealed part of the house. Most homes lose a quarter of their heating and cooling through ducts sitting in a vented attic. Mine does not. Ernie also paired that sealed envelope with mechanical fresh-air ventilation, which plenty of builders skip.
The result is a house that cools down quickly and costs less to heat and cool than my previous home, which was considerably smaller. That is not luck.
An independent inspection at closing found no defects in the foundation, roof, structure, electrical service, or mechanical systems. Only a short punch list of minor items.
Ernie was responsive throughout and gave me straight answers. He knows building and the systems that go inside a house, and he did what he said he would do. I would hire him again and I recommend him without reservation.

It is my pleasure to recommend Ernie and his construction company to anyone considering building a new home or undertaking a construction project.
I had the privilege of working with Ernie while he served as the Construction Manager for Capstone during the construction of my home. Building a home is a significant investment and can often be an overwhelming process, but Ernie made the experience far more enjoyable through his professionalism, communication, and commitment to quality.
From the beginning of the project to the final walkthrough, Ernie was consistently organized, responsive, and attentive. He stayed on top of every aspect of the construction process, kept me informed of progress, and was always available to answer questions or address any concerns I had. Whenever unexpected issues arose, he handled them quickly and professionally, ensuring they were resolved with minimal stress and without losing sight of the overall quality of the home.
What impressed me most was Ernie's dedication to customer satisfaction. He genuinely cared about building a home that met my expectations and took pride in making sure every detail was completed correctly. His honesty, integrity, and willingness to communicate throughout the entire process gave me confidence that my home was in good hands.
Now that Ernie has started his own company, I can recommend him without hesitation. I have complete confidence in his ability to deliver quality craftsmanship, manage projects effectively, and provide the same level of professionalism and personal attention that I experienced throughout the construction of my home.
If you are looking for a builder who is knowledgeable, dependable, and committed to doing the job right, I wholeheartedly recommend Ernie. I am grateful for the experience I had working with him and would not hesitate to trust him with another project in the future.

My wife and I recently took possession of our newly built Capstone home in Flagstaff. We feel fortunate we were able to work with Ernie Roselle as our project manager. As with any construction project, especially from scratch, there are always unexpected challenges.
Without exception, Ernie was there to smooth the way with a calming and confident presence. No matter how big or small the issue, he took time to listen and offer resolutions. Several times when we walked the house during construction, we noticed discrepancies between our intended choices and what we were seeing. Frequently, Ernie was already aware and was working on the solution as if it was his own home.
Having Ernie on our job gave us peace of mind and we highly recommend him.

We would like to take this opportunity to recognize Mr. Ernie Roselle (Ernie), Construction Superintendent. Ernie has been professional and accommodating from answering questions to providing information about our new home. Given such a demanding environment and the enormous number of construction sites, we don't know how he does it. His schedule for overseeing each phase of so many homes must be exhausting. He is always aware of the details and attention required for each home site. Ernie supervised the foundation, framing, roofing, insulation, mechanical, and finishing of over 50 individual residential sites in our development.
After our closing, he co-ordinated with the Quantum vendor to lay the fiber optic cable to our residence providing us with Wi-Fi. Additionally, Ernie went above and beyond to provide us with a replacement paint kit after we ruined the initial one by letting it sit out in the cold weather.
He was always ready to address and discuss our building concerns.

My husband and I built a new home in 2025 and had the opportunity to work with Ernie Roselle as our construction manager. In a word, he was great. Conscientious, responsive, knowledgeable and a very nice person. He provided an innovative and knowledgeable approach to solving the variety of issues that come with a semi-custom home.
He understood how important turning this house into a home was to us and exceeded our expectations as we made that happen.
We've built several homes in our life together and working with Ernie was clearly the best experience yet. We highly recommend him.

I am writing to recommend Ernest Roselle for a position in your company. I worked with Ernie when he was employed with CORE, a vendor of Beaver Creek School District that we contracted with to do various construction jobs. Ernie consistently demonstrated exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and patience throughout the duration of our projects.
One of Ernie's standout qualities I particularly noticed was his excellent communication skills. He was proactive in keeping me informed every step of the way, ensuring that we were always up to date on the progress of the project, any challenges encountered, and proposed solutions. His ability to effectively communicate not only expedited the project timeline but also fostered a collaborative and transparent working relationship.
Moreover, Ernie consistently exhibited a keen attention to detail in his work. He meticulously reviewed plans, identified potential issues, and provided thoughtful recommendations to ensure the highest quality outcome. His dedication to precision and thoroughness significantly contributed to the success of our projects.
Additionally, he displayed remarkable patience and adaptability when changes were necessary. Construction projects often entail unforeseen circumstances or client-requested alterations, and Ernie handled these situations with professionalism and flexibility. He remained calm under pressure, carefully considering each modification and implementing them seamlessly into the project plan.
Furthermore, Ernie was an active participant in our bi-weekly OAC meetings, demonstrating his commitment to collaboration and teamwork. His constructive input and willingness to engage in discussions helped to streamline decision-making processes and drive progress towards our project goals.
In summary, I wholeheartedly endorse Ernest Roselle for a position in your company. His exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, patience, and collaborative approach make him an invaluable asset to any team.
