What am I not seeing about this lot?
There are many items we consider when evaluating a parcel of land. Some things to consider that we look for are topography and slope of your lot. Where your entrance and or potential lot access may be. Or, are there markings and locations of utility stubs if applicable. Even potential flood plain risk and difficult soil conditions for building. We walk the lot with you before you buy it, not after. If you already own the land, we can look at the same aspects and form a plan so your home will sit intentionally on your site.
Lot EvaluationHow do I build the right home, not just a home?
Building a home means hundreds of different decisions from the layout to the finishes, spread out over months. We will be with you from the first sketches to the final walkthrough, making sure we slow down and take the time to make these decisions, so you are confident and happy in your new home. The right home is the one that fits your lifestyle and your needs, and we are happy to explain and help with all the small decisions that come together to become the right home.

When looking at any remodel, we start by looking at what is underneath the structure, systems, and layout, or the “skeleton” of the home. We will be with you every step of the way to make sure that a remodel will fit your space and blend into your existing home, giving you a refresh and more longevity from your home.
Remodels & AdditionsDo you provide pre-construction services?
If you already have an architect or designer, or need help selecting one, we can assist you. Some services we provide are managing A&E (Architecture & Engineering) consultants during design. We also conduct project feasibility studies, and other project management services such as plan review, project budgeting review, schedule formation & review, and identifying potential project challenges. Having a second set of eyes on blueprints and documents can make a big difference in the beginning when deciding to do a project. These services help further instill confidence on prospective builds for our clients.
